Sarah Wynde has a way with prose that's almost poetic in its flow. She's an amazing storyteller and there's absolutely no two ways about that. I read A Gift of Time without any foreknowledge of the Tassamara series. Heck, I didn't even know of the Tassamara series before I started reading this book. I feel that it was a real page turner with characters that were easy to get to know and follow. The setting was in Tassamara, Florida. I am not usually a fan of "fantasy" or "psychic" books, but this was a believable and a fun book to read. I read it in two days.
